Ceiling Falls after Winter Storm Freezes Pipes

The crew worked hard to scrub this bathroom down after a soaking wet ceiling fell. They were careful to remove the wet building materials, clean the bathroom and set drying equipment to make it, "Like it never even happened." The vinyl baseboard was removed because it functions as vapor barrier and prevents the drywall from drying. Some of the drywall had to be removed to access wet insulation behind it that cannot be dried in place. Temporary walls were installed so that the building owners could continue their normal work during business hours. Restoration work was all completed after business hours to minimize business interruption.
